Elliot Tebbs’ entry for the “I Heart Mansfield Film Festival.”
Mansfield Skateplaza has been a huge success. Being part of the skate plaza action group who campaigned to get the park built it’s rewarding to see how many people use the plaza.
It’s a shame that its mostly the negative things that are seen such as the litter made by users of the plaza which is due to the amazing amount of people who use the skatepark (the bins are often overflowing), while the positive/productive things which come out of the plaza remain unseen.
This video showcases Mansfield’s own up and coming skateboarding talent as well as featuring some of the best skateboarders in the UK who have travelled from all over the country. This facility is something Mansfield should be immensely proud of.
